In this week’s Inside censhare, we leave Munich, maybe not physically but conversationally as I sit down with Matt Gibbs, Head of Project Management for the UK.

The expectation from our colleagues was that as two Englishman, there would not be time in a 3 minute video for anything but a discussion about the weather and getting a decent cup of tea in Munich. But no!

We skipped that, as Matt has close to a decade of experience with censhare, which I am finding is quite common around here as we have an impressive employee retention rate, that bucks the industry trend.

Back to the video - Matt shares his story, the clients that we work with (including Dyson, Hearst, Bauer) in the UK and his experience of the evolution of the market and our product over those 10 years.

Matt also shares his experience of clients choosing our product to solve an initial business need and then following on a successful project, extend its use to solve their more strategic Digital Asset Management and Product Information Management challenges, often centralizing their multichannel content management and publication onto our platform.

A really good conversation for our 10th “Inside censhare” video and if you are interested in learning more about the history of the company or what it’s like to work here, you can watch all the other 9 over on our YouTube channel.

(I especially recommend episode 4, a glimpse into our Indian office and episode 7 – our 200th employee!)

Enjoy!
