Field Marketing Manager

What awaits you as a Field Marketing Manager

As a Field Marketing Manager you are responsible for managing the overall marketing operations within field marketing, including all activities undertaken in the Americas. You will align closely with the marketing and sales heads and team to ensure that plans and activities are completed against given marketing budgets to achieve revenue contributions for yearly targets. Your job as a Field Marketing Manager

  • Develop field marketing plan annually and quarterly, including tactics such as creating campaigns for email marketing, online marketing, live webinars, live events, etc.

  • Organize events for lead generation and brand awareness together with corporate marketing, including all aspects regarding event planning and management.

  • Actively participate in events and meetings with sales when needed to build customer and partner relationships to strengthen field marketing plans.

  • Assist in managing the on-site logistics for facilitating the event, provide social support during regular non event period, and manage the settlement of online / offline marketing support with third party vendors.

  • Keep all budget sheets up to date for the region and spend visible for each quarter.

  • Work with vendors to negotiate the best deals and budget spend.

  • Manage database of contacts including product list management, database included in campaign management tool, including all customer and partner data and new business data from all external resources with the correct opt in for data to follow regional guidelines.

  • Evaluate with the sales and pre team, product marketing, and global campaign team the success of each event.

Your profile as a Field Marketing Manager

  • At least 4 years of experience and demonstrated track record in field marketing/marketing.

  • Strong oral, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with emphasis on time management.

  • A convincing personality with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in groups.

  • Self motivated with demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in various tasking situation.

  • Strong organizational skills with emphasis on time management

  • Strong analytical skills with focus towards details.

  • Structured and solution-oriented way of working, even under pressure, in a constantly changing business.
