Director Alliances & Partner Management UK & Nordics (f/m)

What awaits you as Director Alliances & Partner Management at censhare?

As the Alliances & Partner Manager, you will be responsible for building the ecosystem of partners needed to support censhare’s business in UK and Northern Europe, a task that is vital to censhare’s future success. You will be engaging with a range of partners from regional digital agencies to large global system integrators, using creativity and strategy to build relationships and develop your own business opportunities. You will be reporting to the SVP, Global Alliances.

Your job as Director Alliances & Partner Management

You will work closely with the direct sales team to grow sales through:

  • Building a portfolio of partners that aligns with censhare's target markets and industries

  • Create target-based go-to-market strategies with focus partners

  • Ensure partner engagement through the opportunity creation, deal closure and successful solution development phases of all censhare projects

Your profile as Director Alliances & Partner Management

  • A solid sales track record working with partners in an enterprise technology environment

  • Experience with digital experience, e-commerce, sales or marketing technologies and solutions

  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial experience and success

  • Ability to drive a deal from prospect through to successfully deployed customer

  • Proven ability to develop the strategy for a specific partner which ultimately manifests as a joint business plan

  • Ability to think creativity and develop new, possibly unorthodox strategies
