Business Development Manager

What awaits you as Business Development Manager at censhare?

This is a sales role where you will prospect new business via email, phone, events, and social media. You will not be responsible for closing new business initially, you will be responsible for simply finding new opportunities to pass off to our sales team.
Your performance will be measured based on specific metrics, such as the number of emails sent, phone calls made, and opportunities created for our sales team. You will be closely managed and held accountable for these outputs, and you will use Salesforce CRM to organize your business.

If you prove yourself as an effective BDM, you will earn the opportunity to advance to an Account Executive position where you will close new business and manage relationships with our clients, who include some of the largest brands in the world - you’ve heard of some of them, we promise.

Your job as Business Development Manager

  • Outbound prospecting.

  • Scheduling appointments for U.S. sales team.

  • Researching accounts and assessing outbound and inbound opportunities via phone, email, events, and social media

Your profile as Business Development Manager

  • Highly driven, disciplined, and competitive.

  • Digitally-savvy and skilled with social media and marketing.

  • Strong research skills and familiarity with advanced Google search tactics.

  • Exceptional writing skills, as well as great verbal communication skills, on the phone and in-person (You will need to pick up the phone!).

  • A thirst for knowledge and meeting new people.

  • Comfortable working in a structured environment where your output is measured.

  • Ethical and compassionate.

  • Experience in sales and a proactive hunter mindset.

  • Bachelor's degree
