What awaits you at censhare as Project Manager?

As Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for managing complex customer projects at enterprise level as well as the associated project teams. The censhare software is used worldwide by customers from various industries in mission-critical core processes. Whatever the project, we focus on 'customer success' and a correspondingly professional approach. Cooperation across the various areas is characterised by fairness, a spirit of cooperation and low bureaucracy. A structured on-the-job introduction with an onboarding plan and specific product seminars guarantees you an optimal start! The censhare project management team as an integral part of the Professional Services department works on the basis of agile project management methods and is split across various locations throughout Europe and the US. This gives you the ideal prerequisite for using a scalable process for each project with new or existing customers.

Your job as Project Manager

• You will assume overall responsibility as a project manager in process optimization projects and system implementations.

• You will plan, control and monitor the responsible projects on the basis of the content, time and financial framework conditions and ensure the reporting and communication of the corresponding project phases.

• You are a "Trusted Advisor" for our customers and partners in conceptual and methodical questions.

• You are responsible for the evaluation and recording of requirements, taking into account customer processes and the possibilities of our standard product and the conception of customer-specific adaptations in existing and new customer projects.

• Together with the development departments and partners, you will develop tailor-made solutions that can be standardized at the same time.

• You will lead and motivate the employees within the project teams and coordinate the cooperation with our partners to ensure sustainable project success.

Your profile as Project Manager

• You have several years of experience in the enterprise environment in the implementation of complex software solutions.

• You have sound methodological know-how in classical and agile project management and hold recognized certificates (PMI/PMP, IPMA/GPM, PRINCE2, SCRUM, etc.)

• Ideally, you have relevant content or technical knowledge in the areas of content management, PIM, DAM as well as campaign or workflow management.

• Knowledge of common process modeling and process management tools.

• You will be able to present yourself convincingly and competently at all hierarchical levels, even when dealing with difficult topics.

• You have a quick grasp, distinctive conceptual and analytical skills as well as a solution and implementation oriented way of working with a high degree of assertiveness.

• Team spirit, reliability and customer satisfaction are your motivation.

• Excellent communication, interaction and negotiation skills in an international environment
