Domain Experience
• Ability to understand the business and translate to the development team
• Experience with Project Planning/Tracking/Monitoring/Reporting
• Project execution using Agile Methodology
• Managed a team size of minimum 5-8 people
• Project experience based on any CMS -Content Management System will be a plus
• SCRUM/Prince 2 certification will be a plus
• Technical background will be a plus

As Project Manager you will be responsible for managing complex customer projects at enterprise level as well as the associated project teams. The censhare project management team as an integral part of the Professional Services department works on the basis of agile project management methods and is split across various locations globally. This gives you the ideal prerequisite for using a scalable process for each project with new or existing customers. You will be accountable for Project delivery management, grooming team and doing stakeholder management.
