Software Developer

Why you?

  • Analyze censhare application problems and configuration faults and resolve them.

  • Initiate and track issue-related tickets from start to resolution.

  • Configure and monitor services and modules in order to proactively prevent incidents from occurring.

  • Escalate critical problems to R&D and other departments and support these teams in further problem investigation efforts.

  • Analyze and prepare data, such as systems performance, and provide to other departments.

  • Support of our operations team in the operation of application servers.

  • Help optimize our product and support for software quality assurance.

Because you have to offer a lot:

  • Experience in troubleshooting and working with Java applications

  • Knowledge of XML, HTML, and XSLT/XPath principles

  • No fear of the command line (some Linux knowledge)

  • Confidence reading and analyzing application and server logs

  • Basic knowledge of SQL

  • Analytical thinking and the ability to understand complex problems quickly

  • Structured and solution-oriented way of working, even under pressure

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • You love to solve digital challenges on-the-job and deep dive into technology in your free time

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
