In the last months the general public has been inundated with news and reports on job losses and recessive economic developments. In the current economic crisis many companies find themselves in such critical situations that they see no other alternatives to dismissing employees and halting investments. At censhare, however, we not only perceive the risks of the crisis, but also discern a wealth of opportunities. This is reflected by our pronounced anticyclical growth. Up to November 2009, we had welcomed a total of 23 new colleagues at censhare, which represents double-digit growth measured against the current workforce.

In 2009 censhare continues to chart a growth course

Following on 70% sales growth in 2008, censhare has added 20 new members of staff this year, and continues to chart its course of growth and expansion.

With Michael Pohl, censhare has succeeded in adding a top-notch sales professional to its team of professionals. As new Director Global Sales he is responsible for all aspects of international sales. This includes the extension of the partner network and strategic partnerships, as well as adding new members to strengthen the existing international sales team and building up the overall sales structure.

Following expansion throughout Europe, Russia and South America, censhare has now started to develop the Asian-Pacific region. Iris Meyer, in her function as General Manager Asia Pacific, is now responsible for this region, and our new customers are benefiting from her extensive branch experience spanning a period of more than 20 years. She is supported by Ashish Dayal, Business Development Manager Middle East. Joining forces, they have already succeeded in gaining Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as a global censhare Premium Partner. Moreover, XL Company, Vietnam, is now active as an additional censhare partner responsible for censhare sales in Southeast Asia.

Numerous new professionals have joined the company in the areas of development, project management, support and technology, as well as our two IT specialist trainees. By strengthening our support capabilities we are able to ensure that all of our clients continue to benefit from optimal attendance and customer care, also in phases of exceptional growth. Our additional development capabilities will also directly benefit customers.

In 2010, censhare will continue to pursue this course of investment and expansion, and is looking forward to welcoming new members of staff.
