For our subsidiary in Switzerland, we are looking for you, at the next possible date, in the function of:
Developing and executing the local sales strategy to realize our growth path and having full responsibility for the revenues generated in Switzerland
Acquiring and developing a strong local partner network and executing censhare’s partner strategy in Switzerland
Managing effective regional outbound and inbound sales procedures, funnel management, lead generation and distribution best practices to drive impactful results
Defining and controlling Sales KPIs and ensure reliable sales forecasting
Developing and implementing an innovative solution consulting approach supporting the sales team in the DACH region
Taking care of the onboarding and continuous training and coaching for your sales team to build a happy, committed and successful team
Providing strategic direction and developing the B2B business portfolio in your region and work hands-on alongside the team
You have at least 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing for IT services and software solutions and proven sales success in exceeding goals within a high-growth environment, preferably in an enterprise B2B SaaS context
You have a sound understanding of overall marketing processes, content creation, and cross-channel communication and are highly connected within the Swiss market
You are experienced with DAM, CMS, WCMS, PIM, Content, Marketing Automation or MRM systems
You have an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to speak in front of a bigger audience to represent the company
Customer success on all level is what you understand as your primary goal, having the experience to develop the business in the Swiss region together with partners
You are experienced in leading & developing a team to achieve high performance
You enable your team to anticipate opportunities in a fast changing and growing environment and coach them for performance.
You are business fluent in German and English (French or Italian is a plus)
As our Vice President Sales for Switzerland at censhare you directly report to the Senior Vice President Sales DACH region. Being accountable for reaching the Swiss revenue targets also includes having your own sales quota while taking care of an ambitious team that is supposed to grow further in the upcoming years. You will be heading the Swiss sales team with Account Management, Partners & Alliances, Solutions Consulting and Field Marketing. It is also your aim to continuously improve the collaboration within the global Sales Organization and with our Professional Services and Operations teams.
