Service Desk Employee - Application Support (f/m/d)

What awaits you as Service Desk Employee at censhare?

As a Service Desk employee, you are part of the Application Support Team and form an important interface to our customers and partners in Germany and abroad. You will also support your colleagues with technical questions about our products. Our international team with colleagues in Munich, Gurgaon (India) and Denver (USA) acts independently in flat hierarchies and offers plenty of room for your further development. Perspectively, you can develop into the role of Application Support Specialist, i.e. after appropriate familiarization with our customers you will work on the optimisation of their configurations and make suggestions for improvements in software development. By testing new features, software components and patches, you contribute to improving the quality of our software and documentation.

Your job as Service Desk Employee

  • Fault response via ticket system in German and English language.

  • Prioritization, classification and documentation of the reported requests.

  • Control and monitoring of tickets according to service level agreements.

  • Independent, initial fault analysis and troubleshooting.

  • Situation-related forwarding to subsequent support units and escalation of incidents.

  • Maintenance of service data and the knowledge database.

Your profile as Service Desk Employee

  • Education as IT specialist in the field of system integration or application development or another completed apprenticeship with a focus on IT.

  • First experiences in the support of software applications are desirable, but not a must.

  • Solution-oriented and structured way of working.

  • Enthusiasm for software applications and their challenges for the customer in daily use.

  • Reliability and enthusiasm, especially for technologies such as Java, XML, SQL and Unix - you are not afraid of the command line.

  • Very good communication skills in English and German (oral and written).

  • Ability to quickly grasp complex tasks and challenges.
