You are the Go-To person for all people-related topics and a trustworthy contact for our employees and people managers.
You are supporting our Global Head of People & Organization in implementing our People strategy in close collaboration with our people managers.
In daily business, you take care for all recruiting activities, people marketing initiatives and help further improve our candidate experience.
You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process - from recruiting planning to contract signing.
You will identify the latest recruiting trends and implement the appropriate tools and processes for censhare.
You take care for our employer branding through suitable people marketing projects and activities.
You further develop existing concepts for the successful employee onboarding, also worldwide.
You have at least 3-5 years of experience in working as Business Partner in a modern and dynamic work environment, ideally in the software industry. Recruiting has always been an essential and important part of your role.
You dispose over a Bachelor or Master degree in economics, psychology or any other related field.
A broad spectrum of experience, esp. in recruiting, employer branding and labour law topics.
You are familiar with the latest recruiting trends and ideally have experience in active sourcing.
You love to think about solutions and a big portion of pragmatism is also part of your skill set.
Excellent communication skills in English and German to communicate efficiently with team members as well as stakeholders from all business areas.
Creativity, flexibility, and the will to design and shape things.
As our Business Partner / Recruiting Manager you will be the fourth employee to join the People & Organization Team and represent our current Business Partner during parental leave. Our team wants to continue to grow, thus we offer a long-term perspective with a very broad range of tasks. You be in contact with many exciting people topics, with a focus on recruiting and employer branding responsibilities. However, you love to work in a general People role and don’t shy away from jumping into many topics such as culture, new work, compensation & benefits, people development and labour law issues. Our still small team is characterized by mutual support in all tasks and responsibilities.
