For our headquarters in Munich we are looking for you, at the next possible date, in the function of:
Developing a coherent global partner strategy and a partner program for all Business Units
Driving the execution of revenue-generating programs and initiatives to meet and exceed revenue goals
Supporting the company’s shift to a “Partner First” approach, in order to foster scalability, revenue growth, and the ability to deliver through partners
Being the face of censhare’s Global Partner Community, speaking at conferences, and establishing key relationships with the C-Level of our partners
Actively targeting the competitive landscape in regard to channel business
Identifying market, product, and pricing trends from a channel perspective
Developing and supporting the commercial side of global technology partnerships jointly with censhare’s Product Management team
Meeting and exceeding revenue goals and quality KPIs
10+ years of Sales and Channel experience
You are a strategic thinker who is able to build the business strategy to develop compelling plans for new partners
You have the creativity to ‘think outside the box’ and develop new, possibly unorthodox strategies
You have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize well in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
You have a solid knowledge of DAM/PIM/CMS technology and application products/solutions, platform and SaaS
Proven ability to develop and lead multiple strategic partnerships
You have outstanding communication skills, both spoken and written in German and English; interpersonal and relationship building skills
You have the ability to work effectively both independent and within a team
You have strong presentation skills and no problem to appear as an external speaker at partner events
As Director Partners & Alliances you will report directly to the CSO and will set guidelines to local Partner Managers & Sales Teams in the Business Units. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with Corporate Professional Services, on the implementation of a common market strategy.
