For our Indian office in Gurugram, we are looking for you, at the next possible date, in the function of:
You ensure processes like Incident Management, Ticket workflow are carried out in accordance with agreed standards and procedures
You mentor your team and enable them to grow professionally
You analyze censhare application problems and configuration issues and resolve them
You align with all stakeholders (their responsible support roles) that contribute to the Service Desk on changes that may have an impact on the scope of the SD or on the global support process
You establish service level agreements (SLAs) and operating level agreements in alignment with company objectives and customer needs
You initiate and track support tickets from start to resolution
You support our operations team in managing application servers.
You monitor the application servers on datacenter and take appropriate actions in case of failures
You are flexible to work in shift timings
6+ years of experience in managing complex IT applications support process
Knowledge in the administration of Java and web applications, ideally Content Management Software
Good knowledge and understanding of Linux and its flavors
AWS knowledge is plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and good communication skills with exposure to client communication and sense of responsibility, reliability and accuracy
Ability to work independently under pressure and quick comprehension of complex tasks
