For our Business Unit Germany/Austria, we are looking for you, at the next possible entry date, in the function of:
Independently and actively expand the B2B customer portfolio in the D/A region
Increasing customer loyalty and customer satisfaction by maintaining and developing customer relations on all levels
Consulting our customers regarding complex solutions for the digitalization of business processes and workplaces, especially in the context of DAM, CMS, WCMS, PIM, content and marketing automation
Taking care of sales, revenue and risk management and being responsible for the service and license business of the customer portfolio assigned
Representing our solutions and the associated value proposition during customer visits, at trade shows and conferences.
Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position in the software industry, ideally in Enterprise Sales.
You are a sales all-rounder who enjoys working with people.
You are passionate about selling complex product solutions in the B2B environment and you enjoy accompanying even long sales cycles.
You have a high customer and service orientation and you are a talent in communication.
You are determined, success-oriented, self-confident and able to work in a structured manner.
You have a high level of initiative and enjoy working independently.
You completed training or studies with a focus on business and marketing or any related field.
As a part of our Account Management team in the Business Unit Germany / Austria, you will contribute significantly to the support of our long-standing existing customers and the development of a new customer base. We need people with a lot of enthusiasm for our solutions and a high understanding of the challenges on the customer side to contribute to a continuous improvement of customer relationships. You will be part of a highly experienced team that makes it its daily business to understand the customer and to identify the right solution approach for the customer from censhares' variety of functionalities. .
