Implementing global direct and indirect sales standards in terms of infrastructure, tools, processes and guidelines
Creating and coordinating processes throughout the entire sales-cycle from first offer to contracting and invoicing – in cooperation with our corporate finance team
Managing the sales process through KPIs and methods for sales reporting, e.g. dashboards
Monitoring, presenting and analyzing sales figures and KPIs
Managing our global sales infrastructure, i.e. global sales tool administration and maintenance of sales documentation
Training of our global sales team on sales methods, offer creation and best practices in the sales process
You completed your degree in business or a related area
You have already gained first experiences working in a sales environment, preferably in B2B software sales
You have the creativity to ‘think outside the box’ and develop new ideas, while being able to follow through and put them into practice
You have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize well in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
You love getting people engaged and thrive well working both within a team and independently
You have great communication skills, both spoken and written in German and English
As Global Sales Operations Manager you will report directly to the CSO and will set standards for our local sales teams in the Business Units. Furthermore, you will support and enable our sales teams around the globe and collaborate closely with our corporate finance team to generate visibility on our sales processes.
