Asset management

censhare manages all content as digital assets, with the separation of metadata and files guaranteeing maximum media independence. Any type of asset can be created and hierarchically structured: visuals, copy, videos and Web pages or composite elements such as issues and layouts, as well as users or customers. Specific functions can be defined for asset types, e.g. special metadata fields or automated placement actions.

• All metadata can be adapted, extended, localized, inherited and automatically filled
• Support of image metadata such as IPTC, EXIF and XMP, comments and markings, e.g. for assessments, language or priority
