My first year @ censhare - one heck of a ride

Wow, I can't believe it, I'm at censhare for over a year now. And this feels like both an incredibly short and a very long time.

A short time, as time seems to run faster in censhare. Everyone seems to be driving on the left lane with high speed (the German left lane, that is). The whole company is developing at an incredible speed.

And then, a long time as well, since I never before had such an intense time. So much has happened in this year that I can hardly believe it all fits into a single year. I think change is the word of this year, change at a high pace. And the best, all changes in the right direction.

Finally, the people at censhare. I have found a company full of incredible people: dedicated, engaged, friendly, humorous, curious, sometimes crazy (in a positive sense), thinking out of the box - and friends. I was welcomed like being part of a family. I will never forget Vero telling me after 2 months: "Manuel, you are already part of our inventory" :-) Sometimes, I don't know how to give back all the warmth and energy I am receiving from you.

With all of you, I'm looking forward to many more wonderful years, censhare is moving forward with huge steps, and I'm sure, the best is yet to come. For my part, I am grateful to have the chance to be part of this.

Manuel Weiss

Manuel Weiss is censhare’s Director Operations, which means that he is responsible for what most people don’t really like: processes. The latter, however, are a genuine passion for Manuel Weiss – one that he loves so much that his penchant manages to enthuse others, in spite of the topics involved. He has been with censhare since 2010 and has already changed and set a lot in motion. A native of Munich, he looks back on many years of experience with renowned IT companies, and is the father of three charming daughters.
