This element forms the basis of the censhare Publishing System, making all of your company’s digital content available centrally, on demand. It enables all users to publish material in all media, with minimal effort, from any business location.

Media-neutral management of all content

All content is managed as a digital asset. The strict separation of metadata and files guarantees maximum media neutrality. The range of asset types which you can create is unlimited: from images, text and videos to combined elements such as issues and layouts. Specific functions can also be defined for asset types, eg special metadata fields or automated actions, when specific events take place or tasks are performed. A convenient, intuitive delta view tool facilitates the comparison of all text assets.
