censhare Archive Management

censhare Archive Management extends the censhare Publishing System to include a complete archive solution for archiving all publication data, manually or automatically – with permanent access to all archived content for any number of archive systems at different business locations.

Archiving all asset versions

During archiving, all versions of the assets are transferred into the archive. They can still be searched and are easily retrieved. This helps to free up the available storage space, thanks to automatic deletion options.

You can freely define which versions should be transferred into the archive – and you can do this for each asset type separately, eg the latest version of all ads and the first and the last 3 versions of all layouts and texts.
